This book is based on a real rescue dog, rescued by Pound Hounds ResQ in 2018 from a high-kill shelter in New York City, where he was hours aawy from euthaansia. His forever family eventually flew him to Maui, gave him lots of furry siblings, and let him live out his golden years as beach dog.<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t
